He brings his experience as a sales executive to Ebby Halliday Realty and The Butcher Group. Prior to joining The Butcher Group team, he spent 25 years in the Wine and Spirits Industry. As a Sales Executive, he learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all his clients.

 

 
As your REALTOR, Chris will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, he will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and Ebby Halliday's superior marketing materials. If you are buying, he will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.
 
Chris understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time REALTOR, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. He will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need him.
 
Chris has been an area resident since 2016. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, and Plano, as well as the Southlake and Arlington neighborhoods of Dallas. Chris is a native of the Washington D.C. area and has lived in seven different states, so he is familiar with Corporate relocation and having to adjust to new surroundings. When not assisting clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Roxanne and their family, entertaining their friends, and traveling and relaxing at their home in Frisco, Texas.
